Here's the easy to follow instructions. Direct Web upload - Along with toll free dial in, firm dictators can also use portable units or dictation software to capture their dictations. Once the audio file is transferred from the unit to a PC connected to the internet, firm dictators log into the System with their unique User ID, browse to the file and hit the upload button. Here's the easy to follow instructions. LegalTypist accepts most common audio files created using portable recorders and/or digital dictation software. A utility which automates the transfer process is also available. Fax - use our toll free number to send in your handwritten drafts, revisions, business cards, or other company information. We'll type it and and you can block/copy where needed. Work is returned by: E-mail - e-mail attachment is the common method for delivery of completed documents. Initial drafts transcription can be delivered to each dictator, their secretary/assistant or to a general firm delivery e-mail address. Direct Download - transcribed documents remain on our secure server for 30 days for download from any internet connected computer. Permissions for access to all firm accounts is available for firm administrative purposes or automatic return to specific PCs can also be configured. Archiving and recording of conferences, client interviews, partnership meetings and other business functions are available, as is on demand confidential transcription of any such recordings.
