Looking for a professional way to control and direct your incoming communications?

Want one login (or phone call) to manage all your calls, voicemails and faxes?

Need something a bit more professional than your cell phone's voicemail?

Hint:  Yes, you do!

Look no further than Onebox.  Onebox has been the preferred tech for LegalTypist's communications for almost 10 years.  Yes - 10 years! Reliable service; fabulous customer support and a price point below $20.00 for 400 minutes are just a few of the the reasons Onebox unified messaging technology is your best option.

Using Onebox has several significant benefits, including:

1.  One number to rule them all - one number (and password) is all you need to control numerous functions.  Which also means one login as well.  We all have so many login urls and passwords

The organization all begins with your toll free Onebox number (mine is 866-848-2195 x101).  Use this number to route calls, voicemails and faxes and gain 24/7 access to all your practice's incoming communications from any internet connection or phone.  You can even have a professional voice artist record your scripted introductory/hold messages for only $25.

Q. Looking into hosted / virtual VBX for small businesses

Rated:   Good Answer at :

"By far, my favorite virtual pbx is Onebox. I work with attorneys and highly confidential information; however, anyone conducting business on or through the web should be trying their best to protect all company information. The reason I love Onebox is because rather than just openly e-mailing all faxes and audio voicemail files; Onebox can be set to send just a notification of a fax/voicemail received. To get at the actual fax/voicemail, one need merely log in to their secure web based account from any internet connection or call their own toll free number to have the computer read back the fax/play back the voicemail. Onebox has a ton of features, however, its overall set up is extremely intuitive and pricing is far below what one would expect to pay for so much control."
